How long do sessions go for?
Each session will generally last 50 minutes. During your first appointment, you will have an opportunity to explain your current concerns from your perspective.
How many sessions will you need?
The length of therapy is different for everyone and to some degree, it depends on what you want to work through, and what you want to achieve.
Throughout the counselling process you will always be treated with the utmost respect. It is also important to know that your privacy is protected at all times. All personal information disclosed is treated with absolute confidentiality. To ensure that we offer a high quality service I am registered with AHPRA, National Disability Insurance Scheme, and Medicare Australia and are committed to ethical practice as outlined by the Australian Psychological Society Code of Professional Ethics.
