My approach is collective, directed from a bio-psycho-social framework. I apply evidence based therapeutic approaches in my practice, including Motivational Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Mindfulness training, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
